1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if:

Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Health & hygiene-related products (due to safety concerns)

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged/incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping charges are non-refundable.
